Each unique gift is hand designed and stamped by me in my home in NH. As with all handmade products, small imperfections are normal and if you order more than one they may not be exactly the same..
RETURN POLICY
No Returns, Refunds or Exchanges unless an item is damaged during shipping or faulty due to my mistake. Damaged or faulty items must be reported to us with in 48 hours of receipt.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
I ship on Fridays. If you put your order in by Wednesday at 9am EST it will likely ship by friday. If you don't receive a tracking number then it will not ship until the next week. Reach out to me if you need it sooner and we can discuss a RUSH order fee.
*During Covid-19, the mail is taking much longer to get to you, even though we ship priority. We have no control over the post office or shipping times right now, but you will receive tracking for your item once I ship it. International packages are taking an especially long time so please consider this before ordering.This item is hand made upon order.
